Should early signing be allowed for Athletes? Of coarse so. At least that’s how I feel. In my opinion there is no reason why a Student/Athlete shouldn’t be able to be signed at an early stage because nothing but positive feeds and results come from it. Not only does it look good to the professional scouts if they see Semi-Pro Scouts pick up high school students early, but it’s also a real good motivation for the Student/Athletes.
Athletes basically train and work hard so that they can be prepared to get to the professional career that they want to pursuit. And if Colleges want to pick these Athletes up and give them a shot, then I say let them. This decision should be made up by the Athlete, College that he/she want to attend to, and the parent of the athlete if the Athlete is under the age limit.
Besides Colleges sign these athletes early so that no other colleges get to them first. Also so that the Athlete can gain the confidence of knowing that he/she is good enough to make it to where they need to go.
